Specialist Group has once again raised the bar in modern woodworking with the recent installation of a Homag Centateq N-510 CNC machining centre, supplied and commissioned by Electro-Tech Machinery.

The state-of-the-art machine is being automatically fed by a newly integrated Homag Storeteq P-300, significantly boosting production efficiency, material handling, and overall workflow.
The Centateq N-510 is a high-performance CNC solution, equipped with a powerful five-axis spindle, a 21-spindle drilling block, and a 14-position tool changer – offering unmatched flexibility and precision across a wide range of complex machining operations. The addition of an automatic label printer streamlines part identification and tracking right from the first processing stage.

In a further step towards full shop-floor integration, Specialist Group’s existing Homag Sawteq B-300 beam saw has been successfully linked into the new storage and handling system.
Now fully-fed by the Storeteq P-300, the saw benefits from seamless material flow, reducing manual handling while increasing throughput and accuracy.
