IWIN’s new recruitment platform
In the evolving landscape of Irish contract interiors, the Irish Wood and Interiors Network (IWIN) has introduced a comprehensive recruitment platform designed to bridge the gap between industry employers and a diverse pool of potential candidates.
IWIN’s new recruitment platform
This new platform is more than just a job board – it’s a dynamic hub that showcases job opportunities, training pathways, and the real-world experiences that make this industry an exciting career choice.
At the heart of the platform are three main sections. The employer portal allows companies to register, post job openings, and manage their hiring process through a unique client portal. This make it seamless for businesses to connect with talent and streamline their recruitment efforts.
Next, the training section is a treasure trove of educational opportunities. From further education courses and apprenticeships right up to Level 9 university programmes, the platform maps out nearly 100 relevant courses across Ireland. This section is perfect for anyone – from school leavers to career switchers – looking to advance their skills and understand the learning pathways available.

Finally, the job listings section is where all the openings come together. Backed by a series of engaging videos, this section doesn’t just list jobs; it tells the story of the industry. One video focuses on education, featuring interviews with experts like Paul Leamy from ATU and showcasing training at ATU Connemara. Other videos dive into design, manufacturing, and installation, offering a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to work on high-end projects and the craftsmanship involved.

Expanding reach: from free promotion to discounted visibility
To top it all off, when employers post job openings on the IWIN platform, they get a significant promotional advantage. IWIN members can list their job openings for free, ensuring these roles are not only visible on the IWIN website but also shared on the IWIN LinkedIn page.
And beyond that, the platform takes it a step further by distributing job postings to career guidance counsellors across Ireland’s secondary schools, as well as promoting them in technical universities like ATU and TU Dublin. This ensures a broad reach, connecting employers with upcoming talent from multiple educational pathways.

For those looking for even greater exposure, IWIN has secured valuable discounted rates on Ireland’s three major job boards – Jobs.ie, IrishJobs.ie, and Indeed. This means employers can amplify their reach at a fraction of the usual cost, ensuring that job listings get in front of a wider and more diverse pool of candidates.
In our initial trials with employers, the platform has already seen a strong flow of applications, highlighting its potential to fill roles quickly and effectively. We’re genuinely excited about how this platform can support the growth of the industry by making it easier for companies to attract and secure the talent they need.
