Sandyford Central, Dún Laoghaire – Farrell

Farrell played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Sandyford Central, a premium residential development comprising 564 apartments across six blocks. Appointed by John Paul Construction for end client Richmond Homes Ltd, Farrell provided a full-service solution – designing, manufacturing, and installing bespoke kitchens and wardrobes tailored to a range of apartment layouts. Their fully managed process ensured consistency and quality across every unit, reinforcing Farrell’s reputation for precision and reliability on large-scale residential projects.

Beaulieu Banks, Drogheda – Mark Lohan Kitchens

Mark Lohan Kitchens has partnered once again with Dwellings Developments on Beaulieu Banks – a new residential scheme in Drogheda, Co. Louth. Located 3km from the town centre on Termonfeckin Road, this A-rated development offers more than 100 beautifully designed three- and four-bedroom homes in its first phase. MLK is supplying and installing all kitchen, utility, and bedroom furniture for the project, bringing their signature blend of quality craftsmanship and functional design to every home in this standout community.

Sandyford Central, Dún Laoghaire – Truwood

Truwood played a key role in the recently completed Sandyford Central project in Dún Laoghaire, supplying a wide range of specialist joinery elements for this major residential development. Working alongside John Paul Construction and Douglas Wallace Consultants, Truwood’s craftsmanship can be seen throughout the scheme’s shared amenity spaces, including the reception, gym, café, co-working areas, and rooftop lounge. Key features included solid oak timber wall panelling, acoustic treatments, feature shelving, and bespoke fitted furniture—demonstrating Truwood’s ability to deliver high-quality, precision joinery across large-scale, design-led environments.

Upper Lofts, Canary Wharf – O’Connors of Drumleck 

O’Connors of Drumleck recently gained national recognition with their work at The Upper Lofts in Canary Wharf featured in The Gloss Spring/Summer Interiors edition, included with The Irish Times. The project involved transforming large, open-plan lofts at 8 Harbord Square into refined, functional living spaces—balancing openness with the everyday need for structure and comfort. The feature highlights the firm’s expertise in creating interiors that are both architecturally striking and practically designed for modern living.

Yahoo HQ, Dublin – Walls 2 Workstations

Walls 2 Workstations has successfully completed its latest high-profile project at Yahoo’s new 35,000 sq ft office in the landmark Exo Building, Dublin 1. Collaborating with The Interiors Group, W2W supplied and installed high-performance glazed partitions, SG Edge Affinity doors, and timber doors—delivering a sleek, acoustically optimised solution for this dynamic workspace. The project reflects W2W’s ongoing commitment to precision, performance, and design-led interior fit-outs for leading global brands.
