Located on Carrigrohane Road in Cork, the development known as Yugo Bottleworks is one of Ireland’s most ambitious student schemes to date. With modern living at its heart, the interiors are designed to combine high-end functionality with a vibrant, communal lifestyle.
Commissioned to deliver the interior furniture package, Farrell Furniture was engaged to design, manufacture and install bespoke kitchen and bedroom furniture solutions across the project. Scope of works included premium en-suite rooms and studios The brief demanded a blend of style, durability and high-efficiency space planning to serve student living at scale.
The furniture scheme features clean, tailored lines and premium finishes, paired with clever storage solutions and integrated kitchenette elements. These touches offer a refined living experience while respecting tight unit footprints and intense circulation demands.
Manufactured in Ireland and installed under a rigorous schedule on-site in Cork, the outcome is a development defined by cohesion, quality and a distinctly modern character. The interiors support the building’s bold architectural ambitions and deliver an environment where student life meets comfort and design integrity.
