Suitable for both craft and industrial applications, the reactive adhesive delivers high bond strength across a wide range of materials while overcoming many of the limitations associated with conventional PUR and PVAc systems.

Free from water, solvents and isocyanates, KLEIBERIT 605.1.20 enables reliable bonding without the need for permanent press pressure. Short joining or stacking pressure is sufficient, helping to simplify production and assembly processes.

As the adhesive contains no water, there is no swelling or shrinkage within the bond line during curing. The curing process also generates no CO2. Depending on ambient temperature and humidity, the adhesive offers an open time of up to 15 minutes, supporting efficient handling and application.

Its user-friendly consistency allows economical application by roller, notched trowel, brush or bead application directly from the practical spray bottle.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the low-emission adhesive is certified EC1 Plus in accordance with GEV EMICODE® classification. It has also been tested by the Institute for Window Technology in Rosenheim to DIN EN 204 D4 and meets the requirements of DIN EN 14257 (WATT 91).
