iQ Signal Place brings contemporary student living to the heart of Nottingham, offering a vibrant mix of en-suite rooms and studios. Designed for modern lifestyles, the interiors balance sociable communal areas with private, comfortable spaces that feel both fresh and functional.
Farrell Furniture was commissioned to design, manufacture and install bespoke kitchen and bedroom furniture throughout the development. The brief called for a cohesive design language that reflected the building’s youthful energy and sense of community. The scope of works featured 522 bedrooms, kitchens, loose furniture and appliances
The resulting scheme features light, playful finishes with subtle colour accents and clean, modern lines. Bespoke storage solutions optimise compact layouts, creating efficient yet welcoming living spaces that enhance everyday comfort.
Manufactured in Ireland and installed on a precise programme in Nottingham, the furniture demonstrates Farrell’s ability to deliver large-scale, design-led solutions that combine aesthetic quality with robust practicality. The completed interiors exude warmth, functionality and a confident contemporary character.
